Get actively involved in your healing process. Learn to listen to your body. Keep a diary of your evolution. Collect scientific data, in detail. No one can do this work for you. The greatest specialist in any field cannot replace the analysis and observations you can make in real time, day by day, in relation to everything that happens to you.
The main mistake we all make is that we leave ourselves completely in the hands of others. Our family, the spiritual priest, the therapist and especially the doctors. We put all our hope in them and then we passively wait for the miracles. The process must be exactly the opposite. You have all the data, you are directly interested, you raise the questions, and you give the direction.
Your relationship with the doctor is no different from any other relationship. You will receive equally to the efforts invested. If you stay passive and don’t do your part, you will permanently be at the hands of faith, the magic moment, the favorable context or, sadly, you will end up in a “bad luck moment”.
I met doctors who treated me superficially at the beginning of our collaboration, and later, seeing my determination and stubbornness to find answers and see results, they joined my efforts and switched their position.
No one can do the hard work for you. And no one has to.

If you don’t become aware of yourself, any effort done by anyone, even you, will be in vain. Seek to understand where you are at this point in your life: physically, mentally, energetically, and spiritually. The more you learn about yourself, the more resources you can find inside yourself, within your body, and you will gain FREEDOM and CONTROL again!
